Voluntary Savings
his is that account a member interacts with voluntarily. Members can also access their savings on this account using our mobile banking platform.
Members can deposit and withdraw any amount at their convenience.
Interest of 1% is added to members’ savings after every quarter (3 months) on this type of account.
Fixed Savings
This is the type of account where a member can fix amount for any period above 3 months and earn interest of 1% per months. The minimum Saving amount of this account is UGX 300,000.
Junior Savings
This is where parents save money for their children to help them attain a certain goal in the future forexample school fees. This type of Savings also earns interest of 1% per quarter i.e. after every three months.
Group Savings
This is the type of Savings where Members with a common goal come together to mobolize savings aimed at achieving their set goals. This type of savings earn an interest of 1% per quarter i.e. after every three months.
